When we were in Loudon County- we saw firsthand the quality of work done by Ivan and team. We moved to another part of Virginia and were so blessed that Ivan agreed to paint our home before we moved in. He is great to work with. He is always upbeat and positive. He listens to your wishes and he does not feel put off when you ask him questions. He was very flexible with our schedule and we were with his as well. His “edging” and border trim work is crisp and precise. He and his team, tape off areas, use drop cloths and border tape as well as clean up after themselves . Recently we used HIC & Associates to paint the entire main floor of our rambler (walls, trim, doors, ceilings). Not only were they more affordable than the others we considered, but they did an incredible job. My husband and I are both very picky when it comes to painting…and were extremely pleased with their work. We had a tight timeline — and they completed everything on time, no problems. These guys did an outstanding job in my living room and bedroom. The quality of work is amazing once it’s all said and done. The cost is perfect. I will definitely be using these guys when I move into my new house. While they were painting the bedroom, I ask them to paint an extra hallway for me (something that wasn’t in the plan), and it was done, no if’s and’s or but’s, and the price was great again.
